[Madness Abrogation]

Comeback much!

I used to love the senseless speed and humour that the madness series inhibited, and although the silliness is gone it is still an amazing toon.

Music: 5/5 - Suits the animation perfectly.
Animation: 5/5 - Couldn't see any issues and every movement seemed planned.
Effects/SFX: 5/5 - Can't fault any of it.

Only one request:
The madness series used to have FAST combat. Now it almost seems slow. Although there is always a large amount going on on-screen, the actual speed of the characters movements is not what it used to be. Although it's not a problem, it is duly missed.

But that was amazing. The quality of the effects, the timing of the fight and the way it all fit together with the text and computer has given this an amazing effect.

addictive

I dont normally enjoy flash videos with an abstract idea or a message... but this one i loved.
im not sure if the start of the video was intentionally (ticky) tacky, but it gave an amazing effect and emphasis on the end. the song is catchy and well suits the style of the video. even though i have watched this more than five times i need to watch it more! you have done a superb job with this. the only thing i could ask for improvement on was the sketchy drawings, they could have been improved merely by making sure that the edges of objects were not overlapping.

Really?

I have seen hundreds of videos on Newgrounds. most of which I enjoyed more than this. Yet I find this at number 16 in the overall leaderboards? I have no problem with the animation it's self, short and badly animated as it is, but I do however have a problem with its score. There are plenty better animations out there, yet this gets a leaderboard postition. Either this video has hacked the system, or the system is no longer working. The animation its self i have given a 3/10 rating because it contained no actionscript, loader and only the tiniest amount of movement, all of which looks tweened.

Some of it is tweened some isn't, I made this with toonboom animate, which is a traditional animation program. It's my first so don't expect awesome fluid animation. I'm taking this whole year to learn some as that way I can post the rest of my episodes which look a whole lot better. Thx for your input

Good, but bad.

Good animation, some of the time.
Good speech sequences, some of the time.
This is a pretty good video, but you do need to focus more on how the final piece looks. At one point it seemed the guy flipped his gun just for the sake of it, and the camera zoomed in for less than a second, so that effect was useless. Also where the main character takes a hostage straight after flipping his gun he didn't even seem to hold the guy, let alone grab him.
This is an okay piece of work, but it seems you got bored near the end. If you had kept the same kind of determination and focus as you had near the start I believe this would have been a much better video.

Good, but:

Exellent animation, great flow of movement, sounds and music all good, but it was all text and no ani. what ani there was, was amazing, but there wasnt enough of it. if there is a sequel make it longer. other than that, brilliant.

I remember playing Resi 1 when i was about... 8-10ish, and i lost my balls when I found the spiders, this series has really helped clear up the story though. (Y)

It was ok at first but you oviously got bored and made the movie of a lower quality and messed it up in the process.
